yo all!
just came back from ADVENTURE CAMP AND SHANGHAI...
adventure camp just rocks alright? i like i like!
i'll update shanghai soon with all the crazy photos of mannan, yongsheng,yonmin, jean and myself.
for the adventure camp, i just LUBBE IT DEEP DEEP!

WE'RE LEAD BY THE 2 BEST INSTRUCTERS: ROARING MONKEY AND PRETTY! (teck koon and bao yun)
1st day:
woke up damn freaking early can? no mood for camps...
cos just got back from shanghai...
met people on the way... talked to malcolm aka pok pok
at the gate... then met birdie and the rest of my team... ;D
assembled at the parade square.
met our instructer after we went to our group...
she's pretty!
had talk from chief ian then set out for jalan bathera.
it's just opposite sarimbum larh... stupid
haha...
that place i tell you so much freaking nicer than sarimbum.
haha
so erm... met DUMBO AKA ROARING MONKEY at the campsite.
so again, got talk... from chief ian and he introed the place...
went to our beautiful but open aired bunks...
slept with group 4...
went lunch i think... then went for billaying school...
learnt how to billay with the help of teachers, dumbo, pretty and the group!
got to billay han quan i think.
haha
billay school went on for 4 hours i think. haha
then went for dinner... bathe was late and the whole group kena scolding from dumbo and pretty... i'm so sorry!
so after that went for night activity...
blindmen walk...
it's quite difficult... cos got a lot of cuts from there...
and orche!
haha...
so went to sleep...
middle of the night zanelle did the yeah yeah we kicked some butt we kicked some butt cheer...
kena scolded by the instructer.
haha...;D
then 2nd day more fun!
cos 1st we went to flying fox aka zip line.
so damn freaking cool larh!
but mr tay attempted to murder me like for the 2nd time.
it was the 1st time i could be so tall!
hmm...
so last person went. no one wanted to run back to the wall...
so kena scolded by dumbo and pretty and needed to do pumping by mr tay...
so... sorry MONKEY AND PRETTY!
so erm... after that did absailing...
fun can!
went out with a bang!
haha...
so after that was lunch...
it was the key activity of the camp...
the MUD SPA!
the mud's black in colour and got a lot of oil... haha!
then we must sit inside it... then we did xi shua shua then the water splash like siao!
haha... then dumbo go put mud on my face... haha... dirty can?
then our group go hug each other... haha...!
then we also need to do the hornet drill in the mud...
and the reverse hornet drill...
damn then my whole shirt black...
like er....
then went to waterfall!
only the monkeyhood knows about it!
haha...
then after that 'bathe' in the yellow water...
then like we usually think that it's dirty... but then now we think that it's cool and clean?
cool sia!
haha... then went for kayaking...
45 minutes late... but no one blamed us...
cos of the rain?
like we damn lucky can? after everyone did absailing then rain... then before we went mudspa stopped... then we got a really nice river...!
haha... i can't really reach the bottom...
SHHHH!
then erm... yupps... back to kayaking...
kayaked with han quan... cos we wanted to capsize...
then didn't want to in the end.
haha... then erm...
we need to make a strong raft...
so we were given a number... i'm no. 17...
not 14... hais...
then erm... i needed to switch place with nurul... damn fast larh

cos monkeys are strong!

kayaking is just so fun can?
haha
so after that went to take a quick shower.
then erm... played kidnap at night...
so cool can?
but got last position...
some one has to make the base line right?
haha... so went to sleep and this time never cheer alrights?
haha..
3RD DAY!
low elements time... really cool... cos we really proof that we were a strong team that always go hyper...!
dumbo told us about his last time got one group always ti ti tititi ti a baby shark! then we all go follow... haha
then pretty want to teach us the bumble bee then we all hyper the whole day then she can't teach.
haha
also, we always yeah yeah we kicked some butt we kicked some butt..
haha
so we had campfire prep 1st...
ye an and i was the camp ic until the campfire...
so we didn't witch doctor and lollipop.. stomp...
haha
so cool can?
then erm... everything got well and went smoothly!
WOOTS!

so hyper lerhs!
then next was the low elements... everything also went well!
then lunch and then high elements...!
wah the high elements damn cool can?
wah seh!
i billayed the one and only...
PAPER!

she completed the most difficult element with COTTON!
haha
then erm...
she got to the top!

hmm... i did the rope course i think and the challenge rope...
coming down that time my toot very pain!
and then did the superman pose...

last dinner... so like erm...
sad!
then campfire!
woohoo!
VERY SAD THOUGH!
cos it marks the end of the most fun camp i've ever been to!
so it's like everyone damn high can?
that was what chief ian's goal for us...
everything was so fun!
and er...
the performances were all so cool!
haha...! and erm...
ours was so smooth like siao!
haha...
then we did xi shua shua and tarzan and jane!
so cool can?
everyone all high derh!
then we also did ti ti tititi ti a baby shark!
haha!
so cool!
the campfire was filled with laughter and all those stuff...
when it was the instructers turn to speak and to say what they want to our team,
the speech so touching that i cried...
then after campfire was debrief...
we all at the kayaking area there lay down, looked at the stars and then thought of how we've changed as a leader...
and how the camp impacted us...
it was really a solemn moment when suddenly, no one expected this...
someone... POOT!
one good solid fart...

then everyone all laugh like siao...
so then high again!

so erm...then asked them to sign my shirt...
so cool larh!

then me, jean and zanelle stayed back a while to talk to the instructers... haha
then we all laugh like siao again...

so after talking then went back to sleep!
haha... with my signed shirt!
haha!!!
then erms...
4th and final day... BOOHOOHOO!
woke up and erm...packed my bag...
took a long long time
cos like a lot thing missing.
haha
but it's all fine now...
so erm... went downstairs to gather lerh...
got a good final look at the bunk before saying goodbye to it!
haha
sad sad moment!
then went down to have the last meal for the adventure camp.
shiok man!

all the meals rocks like siao!
and erm...
adter that we reflected, gave out the prizes and mass danced again!
we lost to group 4 by 1 vote...
but it's okay...
cos they're our alliance.
haha
but got root beer from chief ian!

when it was time to go, no one wanted to... but then chief ian was like if your instructers follow you back school you all want or not?
then we were all like YESSSSS!
haha!
so on the bus was like so fun?
cos we all talked about ghost story and everything!
sang a lot of songs and cheered for the last time..
also did xi shua shua!

Anyway, to my crazy little monkeys from Wi-5(Xinmin), thanks for the great camp. You kept your promise and made the camp a BANG!And thanks for the Quaker Bar and the little note! SO SWEET of you guys.Hadn't had breakfast when you guys gave it to me because I was writing your reflection booklets. SO HUNGRY!TOUCHED!HAO!I LIKE!LOLI LIKE!

that although he was referring to jesslyn, he wants everyone to read this cos it's actually to all the WI-5members...
(This is uber long, cos wanted to write in you reflection booklet de, but never sleep, so brain was not working) Hey! I really need to thank you for your super hyper spirit throughout the camp! It was really motivation for me to be high and guide you guys through the camp even though I was sick. I really respect you for that. The spirit you had...I really got nothing to say. Only 1 word, HAO! Really made me think about the roaring monkey in secondary school when I was a camper too. Even I didn't had the will power and crazyness to stay SOOO hyper throughout a camp. Plus, you didn't care even if the rest was not hyper-ing with you, you just wanted to be hyper so the rest would follow right?Feel I really need to tell you this, during nightly instructors debrief with you teacher(Mr Rodja....I dunno how to spell) he mention that you and your other siaocharbo are alwasy so hyper but then to just "chiong" and hyper don't care if the group is with you, then suddnely turn ard and realise, eh? the group not hyper-ing with me. But! really, I think that's good actually, look at how you influenced Wi-5. It's really not easy to maintain that kind of spirit throughout even when you're alone. I'm not sure even if I can do it. Most ppl when they realize the group not with them like this will get pai seh or lose motivation, but you kept going. I really respect that. That really the spirit a leader should have, you'll make a good instructor one day. Guess instructor baoyun really influenced you alot!I can see your willingness and how much you want to improve! you had THE LOOK in your eyes!, esp during debriefs. Jiayou! you can do it! Like you said, you also realised your problem le huh? read wad I left you in your reflections? dun be afriad to step out ya? (crap..was on the phone with baoyun, now break my flow...forgot what I wanted to say again...think think think...)Oya...If you know you're right, just step out and make it happen. You really have it in you. You just lack some confidence. And, don't be afraid to make mistakes. A leader don't need to be perfect.Make responsible decesions. Ideas need to come only from you. You have your team, ideas can come form them. Your job: lead them in working together.Be more confident.Also, it about balance. Balance between when to be serious and when to be crazy. I can't tell you what's this balance becasue you need to discover for youself where is your balance.Roaring Monkey believes in you!!!Really respect you spirit....for that, I need to learn form you too. ^_^(P.S.: wa lau...only write abt baoyun lo....then now I become dumb one....sad.. i know i act stupid la....but really dumb meh... anyway, u know y baoyun call me dumbo a not, cos all the other instructors call her bumbo, then dunno which joker decided that bimbo's partner = dumbo....-.- hmm.... anyway, jiayou ya?
